For My Clients

Life is a journey of change, growth and development. Here are some resources to help you on your way.

The Purpose of Therapy

Therapy, at the heart, is all about increasing your self awareness, to know and accept yourself just as you are, not what you pretend to be. All your problems are a symptom of trying to escape your true self. As you come to know and accept your true self, a greater inner peace is the natural outcome.

I’m here to be truly helpful

Being Who You Are

Awareness Therapy

Awareness is the witnessing spirit and is equivalent to love. Awareness does not attempt to change something into what it is not. Awareness simply accepts the object of awareness as it is. Living in awareness is living in the actuality of this moment where all of life exists. Your true identity rests in awareness and love. Read more…

Forgiveness Therapy

Forgiveness is a letting go, undoing or dissolving of any persistent emotion that has arisen from a past event or relationship and which impacts your happiness or well-being. Forgiveness is always of you and for you. Read more…

Spiritual Therapy

In this human journey, we have forgotten who we are. We are beings having a human experience. Spiritual therapy restores your relationship with God, and recognizes your oneness with God. The phrase “letting go, letting God” is more than just a nice saying. It is a reality. All your problems clear up simply out of giving them all away.  Read more…

Relationship Therapy

Relationships are the classroom of life where we learn our most important life lessons. Authentic communication is at the heart of a loving relationship. Love is a function of authentic speaking and listening. Read more…

Meditation Therapy

Meditation is a practice in developing your ability to observe your inner experience. All of your problems are a function of living inside the mind. Being in observation allows you to step outside of the mind and be witness to yourself. Change happens simply out of observation. Read more…

Foundation of My Approach

Life is a journey of change, growth and development. We began our journey at birth when we came into the world and will end our journey at death when we leave the world. Between the poles of birth and death we live our lives and right now is where we are in this total process.

During this journey, we pass through stages of development. It is obvious that we grow physically but our growth is also manifested in other dimensions and contexts of our lives. We grow in our talents and skills, we grow professionally, we grow socially, we grow psychologically and we grow spiritually. To grow simply means to activate our potential to become all that we are meant to be. Just as an acorn contains the potential of a mighty oak tree, so are each of us the “seeds” of our unique full potential.

In the process of growth, we develop certain beliefs about ourselves and the world. And we come to see the world through the lens of our beliefs. We are each responsible for our beliefs. The source of all your problems is in your unexamined beliefs. The mistake you make is saying that the source of your problems is in the external world or the unfortunate events of your life.

Therapy is a process of undoing, eliminating or releasing the limiting and self-defeating beliefs that prevent you from experiencing your true self and taking the actions that further your growth. Therapy is about helping you to get unstuck and move forward with your life.

Since growth takes place on its own, it really does not make sense to “try” and grow. We must begin to trust the natural course of our development and focus more on removing the blocks and shackles. Your life is much like the caterpillar who has become imprisoned in a cocoon but has not yet been transformed into his full potential as a butterfly. Therapy is about learning to come out of the “safety” of your cocoon.
